Vegan Marshmallows Fudge


☁️ 2/3 cup full fat coconut milk

☁️ 1.5 cup sugar

☁️ 1 teaspoon vegan butter

☁️ 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract

☁️ 16 regular size Dandies® Marshmallows or 2 cups Dandies® Mini Marshmallows

☁️ 10 oz vegan chocolate chips


In a medium saucepan combine coconut milk, sugar, and butter. Over low heat, stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Mix in Dandies® and vanilla, stirring constantly to melt the Dandies® completely. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and thoroughly combined.

Pour fudge mixture into 9x9 or smaller pan lined with parchment paper. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut into cubes and enjoy!
