Vegan Marshmallow Fluff


☁️ One (10 ounce) package of Dandies® Mini Marshmallows or Dandies® Marshmallows

☁️ Liquid from 1 can of Chickpeas

☁️ 2 Tbsp of water

☁️ 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

☁️ 1/4 cup of powdered sugar


In a stand mixer whip chickpea liquid (aquafaba) and cream of tartar until fluffy peaks form in the meringue.

Meanwhile in a microwave safe bowl combine water and Dandies® Marshmallows. In 30 second intervals, giving a quick stir between each, microwave until marshmallows have fully melted.

Add marshmallow mixture and powdered sugar into the stand mixer with the meringue and whip together until smooth.

Store in an air tight container in the fridge (will keep for a day).
